Faith Bible Church is a growing, Bible-centered church located in beautiful Lincoln City, Oregon—a coastal resort community off the Pacific Ocean, just over an hour west of Salem (the closest Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out). Affiliated with Church Venture Northwest, we are committed to filtering culture through the lens of Scripture while making disciples who love Christ and His Word.

We are seeking a full-time Family Minister who is passionate about investing in the next generation. This role will lead our youth ministry, support our children’s ministry, and serve alongside the Senior Pastor as we encourage families and build gospel-centered disciples.

More than filling a position, we are looking for a ministry partner. We want someone teachable, relational, and eager to grow as a shepherd while discipling students and families. Our goal is to invest in this leader as he invests in others, preparing the next generation to learn more of Christ, love Him to overflow to others, launch disciples into ministry, and be the light referred to in Matthew 5.
