Bethel Temple is prayerfully seeking an Associate Pastor who, over a defined period, has the potential to succeed our current Lead Pastor as he moves toward retirement. Located in the heart of rapidly growing Johnson County, Bethel Temple is widely recognized as a leading church in Cleburne, known for innovative ministry, bold outreach, and compassionate service. We have been honored with numerous community awards for our work among the poor, the hurting, and the lost.

The Role
Initially serve as Associate Pastor with preaching, pastoral care, leadership, and staff responsibilities
Gradually assume increasing lead-pastor duties according to a clear, written succession plan and timeline (to be finalized with the candidate before hiring) Potentially transition into the Lead Pastor role subject to congregational decision.
